How to Get Ready
For your safety
It’s common that our clients provide us with their garage code or a spare key. We cross-reference all house keys for added security, but if you don’t feel comfortable leaving us with a key or garage door code, please make sure someone is home during your scheduled cleaning time to avoid the lock-out fee.
Each member of our team undergoes extensive vetting and a thorough training process upon hiring and are fully insured for your protection, we also take care of workers’ compensation and employment taxes as well as Liability and Auto Insurance.
For your beds
Set a pair of clean sheets on each bed if we’ll be changing your linens.
For your pets
Find a good spot for your pets so they’re safe and secure while we clean.
Your payment
If payment has not already been arranged or you haven’t signed your credit card authorization form, please leave cash or a check on the kitchen counter.
